The role in 60 seconds: You’ll take ownership of manufacturing process design and improvement — especially around NPI, tooling and fixtures, Lean/Six Sigma projects, and structured problem-solving. You’ll work with passionate teams across R&D, Quality, Production and Supply Chain — and see your ideas turned into real-world improvements. Why this might just be your next big move: You’ll be more than a cog in the wheel — your voice matters here You’ll play a key role in bringing new tech from prototype to production You’ll leave things better than you found them — and be recognised for it You’ll collaborate with sharp, cross-functional teams in a growing, tech-led business You’ll be hands-on — not desk-bound What we’re looking for: 4+ years in manufacturing engineering operating as a Manufacturing Engineer (electronics/device assembly) Solid NPI and APQP background CAD skills (SolidWorks/AutoCAD) for tooling/fixture design Comfortable with SMT, hand soldering, test & IPC standards Strong problem-solving toolkit (5 Whys, DMAIC, 8D etc.) Someone who spots waste and sees opportunity Bonus points for: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) Familiarity with ISO 9001, 13485, or IATF 16949 ERP/MES or manufacturing analytics experience If this role sounds like you drop me a message or apply now to learn more
