This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong reputation for excellence in refit, repair, and servicing of leisure yachts, commercial vessels, and specialist craft.
The Role
As a Marine Engineer, youll: Service, repair, and refit vessels up to 100ft/100 tonnes.
Install, maintain, and repair engines and systems up to 1000hp.
Work directly with clients, representing the yards high standards.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality work.
Contribute ideas to help the business grow and develop.
What Were Looking For
Proven experience in marine mechanical engineering (leisure or commercial craft).
Knowledge of repair systems (mechanical/electrical).
Strong awareness of Health & Safety in engineering environments.
Great communication skills and a client-focused approach.
Full UK driving licence.
Desirable: Welding/fabrication knowledge, customer service skills, or supervisory experience.
