Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance, repair, and overhaul of marine engines and transmissions

• Integration of propulsion and auxiliary systems into vessels

• Collaboration with naval architects, shipyard personnel, and operators

• Troubleshooting, diagnostics, and ensuring high-quality engineering standards

What we're looking for:

• Marine Engineering Apprenticeship to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3 or equivalent

• Recent experience with marine engines, gearboxes, and boat systems (up to 40m)

• Familiarity with engine and gearbox brands we represent and manufacturer training courses

• Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and technical skills

• Experience with overhauls, refurbishments, and maintenance to the highest standards

• Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction, with the ability to work independently
