Overview A leading player in the industry is currently looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their growing team, covering a large commercial property based in London, W1K (Bond Street). London, W1K (Bond Street) Up to GBP45,000 + 25 days Annual Leave + Bank Holidays + 6% Pension + Benefits Permanent The Role

Covering a large commercial property, providing ppm and reactive maintenance. Working on a Mon - Fri Mornings and Afternoons, 7am-3:30pm / 10:30am-7pm Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Electrical building equipment, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lights, Switches, Sockets, Fuse Boards. General maintenance duties as and when required - lamp changes, filter changes, bulbs etc.

What you'll need to succeed To be successful in the role of Electrical Improver, you'll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

You will hold Electrical C&G's or NVQ Level 3 (Essential), 18th Edition would be great but not essential. A couple years' experience would be desired but not essential. Strong communication skills. Can do attitude, willing to be flexible and learn more skills and grow within the company into senior roles.
