Role Purpose

To coordinate and manage mechanical and/or electrical building services engineering projects from concept, survey, through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, industry standards, client requirements, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Design Duties Develop outline mechanical and/or electrical designs for building services, including HVAC, heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, power distribution, fire alarms, security, and other specialist systems.

Prepare feasibility studies, concept designs, and tender documentation with assistance from our design team.

Undertake site surveys and inspections to inform designs and verify installations.

Have knowledge of design software packages (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Amtech, Dialux/Relux).

Project Management Plan, monitor, and control projects to meet agreed cost, time, and quality targets.
