Mechanical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities of the Mechanical Design Engineer: Lead or contribute to mechanical design projects from concept through to manufacture Develop detailed 3D models and 2D drawings using 3D CAD Produce and maintain BOMs, technical documentation, and assembly instructions Design for manufacture using a range of techniques including sheet metal fabrication and CNC machining Perform stress analysis, tolerance stack-ups, and materials selection Liaise with suppliers and production teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness Participate in prototype builds, testing, and validation activities
