Here at Blueprint Recruitment we have a new opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer seeking a new challenge. The role on offer is a permanent, hybrid basis position, consisting of three days a week in the clients office in London.\n\nThis role offers the exciting opportunities to work on commercial, residential and hotel projects.\n\nOur client is a leading multi-discipline property and construction consultancy, focusing on sustainable design.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n -Design mechanical systems for buildings (HVAC, water, ventilation).\n\n-Create detailed designs and drawings using software like AutoCAD and Revit.\n\n-Work closely with other teams to make sure designs are integrated across projects.\n\n-Visit sites and meet with clients to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.\n\n-Ensure designs meet all relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n-Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering.\n\n-Experience in mechanical design, ideally within the built environment.\n\n-Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.\n\n-Familiar with UK building regulations and industry standards.\n\n-Strong communication and teamwork skills.\n\n-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.\n\nBenefits:\n\n -Competitive salary.\n\n-Generous annual leave.\n\n-Flexible hybrid working.\n\n-Career development opportunities
