Responsibilities of the Position

To support the Operations Director to meet overall business objectives. To assist with the identification, development and implementation of process improvements. To ensure that all work meets customer (internal and external) expectations on delivery and quality. To be flexible and adaptable. Key Area Responsibilities

Design forgings to meet customer requirements within company capabilities. Design tool and die requirements to customer requirements. Ensure manufacturing processes meet agreed standards. Maintain IT record systems within department. Make necessary modifications to meet customer requirements. Produce all necessary drawings and documentation to effectively allow customer components, tools and dies to be manufactured. Recommend and implement system modifications as required.
