OverviewMECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (WATER SECTOR) - MANCHESTER - CONTRACT OR PERMANENT - £45,000 - £65,000 OR £300 - £400 PER DAYCeto Talent are working with an engineering and construction contractor based in Manchester, and we are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Design Engineer within the water sector to join on either a permanent or contract basis.ResponsibilitiesProvide design deliverables that satisfy safety and quality requirements for water industry projects.Produce design calculations and drawings for the water sector, including clean water, wastewater and wet infrastructure design.Prepare scopes for and check the output of subcontract M&E design teams.RequirementsDegree-educated engineer with experience in the water sector as a design engineer.Strong knowledge and experience in design drawing practices.Experience in hydraulic design.Location and StructureBased in Manchester with a hybrid working pattern. The permanent option salary ranges from £45,000 to £65,000, dependent on experience and suitability.
