Join a leading Design Consultancy in the West Midlands, where you’ll collaborate with industry experts to develop innovative solutions across medical, consumer, transport, and industrial sectors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead cross-functional teams through full product development cycles, from concept to manufacturing

• Manage client relationships, project budgets, and delivery timelines

• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence

• Design complex mechanical systems using advanced CAD, CAE, and rapid prototyping techniques

• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge solutions, from medical devices to next-gen transport systems

About You:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (1st or 2:1) or equivalent experience

• Proven track record in product development and client-facing roles

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing and prototyping methods

• Skilled in team leadership, communication, and project delivery

• Innovative, solutions-focused, and motivated by engineering challenges
