Are you a Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for designing bespoke special purpose machinery? Key Responsibilities: + 3D CAD design + Prototype, test, and validate designs + Translate customer requirements into detailed specifications + Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability + Write technical proposals for new development projects + Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Key Requirements: + Background in special purpose machinery, automation, or capital equipment + Proven experience in taking a product from conceptual stage to production + 3D CAD design (SolidWorks, Inventor) + Produce manufacturing drawings + Strong knowledge of fabrication, machining, and assembly techniques + Hands-on and practical approach to engineering
