This role involves project design from customer specifications to completion, contributing to the company's growth and team development. Hours of Work: Monday to Thursday – 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am to 1pm Main Duties & Responsibilities

Assess and review customer requirements, providing technical support for sales. Design projects to meet customer specifications, ensuring effective solutions. Create bill of materials. Support procurement activities with technical input. Assist manufacturing throughout the build and completion process. Contribute to standard product design improvements.

Knowledge & Experience This role suits an organized, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a systematic approach to design and documentation. Candidates should ideally have:

HNC level education in a Mechanical related discipline. Broad experience in Design and Drafting, including 2D and 3D CAD (SOLIDWORKS). Experience with Agricultural, Mining equipment, commercial vehicles, or waste handling machinery is highly advantageous. Proficiency with PC office software. Ability to meet tight project deadlines.
