A leading global engineering company at the forefront of developing next-generation technology for a range of industries are looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer for their site near Fareham.
As part of the global R&D team, you’ll work alongside experts in mechanical, electrical, and process engineering to deliver sustainable design solutions for a complex product range.
What You’ll Do:
* Support the mechanical design and development of new and existing products
* Use 3D modelling and 2D drafting tools to bring new designs to life
* Contribute to technical analysis to boost product performance and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
* Get hands-on involvement in global product launches and transfers
What We’re Looking For
* A degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
* Knowledge of 3D Modelling/2D Drafting (Autodesk Inventor preferred).
* Prior experience in design for manufacture – ideally with sheet metal
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, especially in diverse global environments.
