M&E Project Engineer / Manager

Are you a results-driven engineer ready to take charge of fast-paced, high-impact M&E projects? We’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Manager to lead mechanical and electrical packages from concept through to handover across commercial, education, and healthcare builds in the Northeast.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive the successful delivery of site-based M&E installations, testing, and commissioning

Coordinate subcontractors and technical specialists to meet critical milestones

Review technical drawings and spot coordination challenges before they arise

Collaborate with QS and PM teams to track costs, resources, and progress

Lead client updates, progress meetings, and manage key delivery KPIs

Keep project documentation fully compliant with H&S, QA/QC, and regulatory requirements What You’ll Bring

Proven M&E engineering background with hands-on project delivery experience

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications

Strong leadership, planning, and communication abilities

Confidence managing commissioning and handover phases

Military engineering leadership experience (Army, Navy, RAF) welcomed and highly valued  Location & Travel

This role is site based across multiple projects in the North East. A full UK driving licence is required as travel to sites maybe required. INDP
