This is a great opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a leading Tier 1 engineering consultancy who specialise in delivering innovative and sustainable data centre projects globally.
Our client is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their Mission Critical team working on hyperscale and colocation data centre projects across the Middle East & Asia. These projects are high-value, technically challenging, and ongoing for the next 5+ years, offering fantastic long-term career potential.

Package offered for this Mechanical Engineer role:

Key responsibilities for this Mechanical Engineer role:
· Reporting into the Mechanical Director
· Supporting the design and delivery of mechanical systems for data centres, including HVAC, cooling systems, piping, and fire protection
· Preparing technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit or similar software
· Coordinating with electrical, structural, and fire teams to deliver fully integrated solutions
· Attending client meetings and design reviews, presenting technical information clearly and confidently
· Supporting commissioning activities and providing technical input during construction
· Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and ASHRAE/Tier classifications (Tier III/Tier IV)
Experience required for this Mechanical Engineer role:
· Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar discipline
· Working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) status is desirable
· Proven experience in the design of mechanical systems, ideally in data centres, critical facilities, or complex building services projects
· Good knowledge of relevant standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, CIBSE, etc.)
· Proficiency with design software such as AutoCAD, Revit or similar
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
