Mechanical Engineer (Multiskilled) – Temp to Perm

Location: Central London

Salary: £44,000 + Overtime + Call-Out Rota

Hours: Monday to Friday | Shift Patterns: 7:00am – 4:00pm & 10:00am – 7:00pm

Call-Out: 1 in 4

We are seeking a multiskilled Mechanical Engineer to join a busy team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone motivated, reliable, and eager to secure a permanent position with a well-established company in the heart of London.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across a range of systems
• Assisting with fault finding, repairs, and breakdowns
• Supporting electrical and building services tasks when required (multiskilled role)
• Working to health & safety procedures and company policies
• Delivering a high standard of service to clients and working effectively within a team

Requirements:

• Recognised Mechanical Engineering qualifications (NVQ/C&G or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a commercial or facilities maintenance environment
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and willing to work overtime and call-outs
• Available to start immediately
