used to doing basic calculations and analysing data Keen to learn, improve, and get stuck in across different areas Strong communication skills and able to work independently GCSEs in English & Maths essential; further technical qualifications are a bonus

Mechanical Engineer responsibilities: Use CAD software to produce site layouts and simple bespoke steelwork designs Help the projects team by turning ideas into clear technical drawings and documents Support factory builds and installations. Organise and update technical files, documents, and drawings Assist with compliance documents like risk assessments, method statements, and SOPs Work with data in Excel to support decision-making and problem-solving Share knowledge through training materials, toolbox talks, and team support Be part of a team that values continuous improvement and a practical mindset
