The Property Services team at Redcar & Cleveland Council is responsible for a wide range of maintenance tasks, from reactive to planned and cyclical maintenance, covering a diverse property portfolio that includes both domestic dwellings and larger commercial buildings, schools, and offices.

You will be required on application to demonstrate your experience and skills in the services associated to the Mechanical services of a building.
