You’ll take ownership of your own projects, moving fluidly between concept , design development, analytical modelling and simulation.
Each day brings new technical challenges that demand sharp reasoning, precise execution and the ability to deliver complex solutions autonomously.\n\nWhat You’ll Do\n\nEngineer complex systems and components from concept through release\nApply advanced analytical techniques — FEA, MBD, and mathematical modelling\nDevelop design solutions grounded in first-principles thinking and validated through rigorous analysis\nContribute across diverse sectors — from high-performance automotive to aerospace and defence innovation\nPresent technical findings clearly and confidently to clients and project teams\nWho You Are\n You’re an exceptional problem solver who combines creativity with technical mastery. You likely hold a strong MEng, MSc or PhD in Mechanical, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering, backed by excellent A-levels in Maths and Physics. You’re confident moving between CAD, simulation and hand calculations — and take satisfaction in understanding why things work, not just how.\n\nThis role offers:\n Hybrid working (Warwick-based), complex technical challenges, cross-sector exposure, and a culture that values curiosity, integrity, and intellectual independence
