An exciting opportunity for a mechanical engineer to work for a leading FM service provider on a brand-new, prestigious site in the West End. Working Monday to Friday, 8-5, the role will cover planned and reactive maintenance of landlord areas within high-end commercial office space.
Successful candidates will be experienced with Building Maintenance and fully mechanically qualified, able to work independently whilst also being a strong team player. This is a client-facing role, requiring patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills. You will be joining a team of three engineers on site.
Duties PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) & Reactive Maintenance HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VRFs) Pumps, Motors & Valves Boilers & Heating Systems Chillers & Cooling Systems BMS Monitoring Water Treatment (taps, flushing, sampling) Filters & Belts General Building Services Requirements Recognised Mechanical Qualifications (Level 2 or equivalent as a minimum) Strong Building Services Maintenance experience HVAC experience essential Client-facing and professional in approach Career-driven and motivated Polite and personable ...
