position! What youll be doing Planned and reactive maintenance Maintenance of Mixers, Filling Machines, Gassing Machines, PLCs, Motors, Bearings, Gearboxes, Drives, Hydraulic systems etc Mechanical repairs Machinery installations and upgrades Maximise performance and minimise production downtime Monitor equipment for malfunctions and report findings to site management Ensure site is operating safely at all times Hours Week 1: Monday-Friday, 6am-2:15pm Week 2: Monday-Thursday, 2pm-12:30am Pay £40,000 basic with an OTE upto £50,000 per annum Overtime paid at time
and double time Skills/Experience Required Minimum 12 months experience as a Mechanical maintenance role Experience in an Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, Industrial, Recycling or similar environment A UK driving licence is essential Mechanical engineering qualifications are preferred Health & Safety awareness Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads Benefits 33 days holiday (including bank holidays) Company pension Free on-site parking Employer funded training Paid sickness and medical appointments Overtime available and paid at premium rates Extra unsociable hours shift allowances Uniform provided Day shifts No weekends Bereavement leave Canteen Casual dress Employee discount Essential All applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship not provided).
