  • Complete pre-start safety checks.

  • Continual Improvement: Engage in audits and root cause analysis.


    • Key Responsibilities



  • Perform maintenance on process and packaging equipment.

  • Manage and record food safety risks.

  • Troubleshoot breakdowns to minimise downtime.

  • Support production efficiency.

  • Maintain documentation (Pirana).

  • Participate in machinery and systems projects.

  • Identify and manage spares requirements.

  • Operate safely and flexibly to meet business needs.

  • Drive a lean, effective PPM system.

  • Maintain technical records and equipment reliability data.

  • Deliver a best-in-class workshop using 5S techniques.

  • Undertake necessary training.
