Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Day Shift - Moorgate - £48,000 Moorgate, London

£48,000 per annum

4 on 4 off – Day Shifts

We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team, working on the tenant side of a high-end commercial office in Moorgate. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building services, ensuring reliability, comfort, and efficiency for a prestigious client base.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive mechanical works

Maintain HVAC, plumbing, pumps, valves, AHUs, FCUs, and general building services equipment

Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs

Support compliance with statutory requirements and health & safety procedures

Provide first-class customer service in a high-end corporate environment

Requirements:

Fully qualified in Mechanical Engineering (NVQ / C&G Level 3 or equivalent)

Strong background in building services within commercial offices

Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, and plumbing

Excellent fault-finding ability and a proactive approach

Professional, client-facing communication skills
