We are currently recruiting for our client, a leading manufacturer based inWeston, who is looking for a skilledMaintenance Mechanical Technicianto join their team.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to reduce downtime
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns quickly and effectively
• Support production line changes and tooling requirements
• Supervise contractors, ensuring work is completed safely and to standard
• Source parts and components with consideration for cost and lead times
• Contribute to general site and building maintenance Skills & Experience Required
• Strong background infabrication, welding, and general maintenance
• Experience working with contractors and installing equipment
• Knowledge of engines, transmissions, or CNC machinery (advantageous)
• Familiarity with planned maintenance systems and Health & Safety practices
• Problem-solving ability with electrical or mechatronic systems (a plus)
