Working a double day's shift pattern, this is a great opportunity to join a people focussed business. Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency, safety, and performance in a high-volume engineering operation. With a rewarding package and favourable hours, this role could provide the work life balance and financial reward to make it work your whileThis role is tailored towards a highly skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with a background working in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will come from a fast-moving manufacturing environment with 3-5 years' experience as a minimum. Experience with pneumatics, power presses and processing equipmentKey Responsibilities:Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipmentProvide efficient breakdown support to meet production targetsTake lead responsibility for maintenance during night shiftsSupport installation and commissioning of new machineryPromote health, safety, 5S, and continuous improvement initiativesThis role offers a rewarding overall package which consists of a basic salary in the region of 45,000, with 8% company pension contributions, medical cover, performance related bonus, .
