We are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team working on High-End residential apartments in the Southbank area. This role is working Monday - friday on a split shift of 7am - 4pm one week and 10am - 7pm the other week.The client is looking for people ideally who have worked in Hotels or High-End residential sites. Job Duties PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance AHUs FCUs Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals Sprinkler Systems Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
