Process Optimisation: Analyse and enhance manufacturing workflows, covering mechanical assembly, joining techniques, electrical, and RF testing. Implement efficiency improvements, reduce waste, and boost productivity. Quality Assurance: Maintain and improve quality standards across all production stages. Conduct root cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure products meet stringent specifications. Manufacturing Support & Problem Solving: Provide hands-on technical support to production teams. Rapidly troubleshoot issues, resolve them to root cause, and minimise downtime and losses. Documentation & Standards: Develop and maintain clear process documentation, SOPs, and quality protocols to ensure consistency and compliance. Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of innovation and improvement, driving initiatives that enhance reliability, reduce costs, and streamline operations. What Were Looking For

Strong background in mechanical, production, or test engineering . Solid understanding of manufacturing processes , assembly methods, and testing procedures. Experience in problem-solving, process optimisation, and quality assurance . Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
