The role blends technical field service support with consultative sales and close collaboration with commercial teams, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering and client-facing work. The Role You'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and supporting medical imaging systems including:

X-Ray machines Surgical C-Arms Dental X-Ray units

You'll also work closely with the sales and product teams, providing technical insight during client consultations, helping tailor imaging solutions, and identifying up-sell opportunities. Location

Based in Scotland, with most work concentrated in Glasgow, Edinburgh with some in the Aberdeen area.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (door-to-door)

Who We're Looking For

Experienced Field Service Engineering Ideally a background in medical imaging, medical engineering or ex-REME engineers however alternative transferable backgrounds are welcomed HNC or above in Electronics or related discipline Comfortable in client-facing roles, supporting sales teams, and building rapport with end users
