We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Support Engineer to provide expert technical support across security domains. This is a hands-on role requiring L3/L4 experience, where you will take ownership of incidents and deliver effective solutions in a complex environment.


Responsibilities



  • Install, configure, and deploy Microsoft servers, clients, and infrastructure in on-premises environments

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft products including Skype, Exchange, and SharePoint

  • Support the deployment of security measures, ensuring compliance with regulations

  • Produce and maintain documentation while transferring knowledge to other support staff

  • Collaborate with support teams, resolver groups, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure ongoing success across Microsoft environments


Qualifications



  • Expertise in Microsoft products such as Skype for Business, Exchange, and SharePoint

  • Experience with Microsoft technologies including Office 365

  • Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting

  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, and communication skills

  • Understanding of security and compliance best practices
