OverviewMid Level Application Support Engineer | Consultancy | ETRM, Commodities, SQL, PowerShell/Python | £80,000 per annum | Permanent | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite - London)A leading technology consultancy is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Application Support Engineer to join a growing team delivering critical support to front, middle, and back office users across multiple clients in the commodities and energy trading sector. This is a permanent opportunity with a clear path to career growth and development in a high-performing technical environment.In this client-facing role, you’ll be providing day-to-day application support across major ETRM systems (such as Trayport, Allegro, Endur), ensuring fast resolution of incidents, active monitoring, and smooth coordination with infrastructure, DevOps, and service delivery teams.You’ll work closely with client stakeholders—both technical and non-technical—gaining valuable exposure to the full trade lifecycle, high-frequency trading environments, and regulated markets.
