Brief

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer needed for a well-known Facilities Management organisation based in the West Midlands on a mobile basis who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer that takes pride in their work.

The successful candidate must have an FGas certification essential as well as being a trade qualified AC Engineer with appropriate post apprenticeship experience.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will include:

Duties include working on the following but not limited to; Chillers, Heat Pumps, Down Flow Units Maintenance and repair of AC Installations Excellent fault finding and diagnosis skills a must Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time using the PDA to log start/wait/stop completion and travel times with appropriate comments to evidence completion of work Carry out Installation work and complete appropriate Certification Operation and interrogation of BMS Basic knowledge in building fabric repairs Ensure reactive tasks throughout the s...
