The postcode: GL. BA. SN.Salary Range: £28,548 and is up to £50,000, dependant upon the candidate's qualifications and experience. ResponsibilitiesUndertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment, including service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps.Possibly work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.Work across a variety of manufacturer plants (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, Media, Toshiba, LG).Understand installation designs and bespoke manufacturer troubleshooting procedures, and seek manufacturer technical support autonomously when required.Complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspections, reports and remedial work.Possess a full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota.Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and use a handheld computer device (PDA).Work independently with initiative and also as part of a team. Qualifications & SkillsExperience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment.Relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent.Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
