We're looking for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our Kier places team based in the West Midlands. \n

Location:

West Midlands – covering Birmingham, Shropshire, Bristol & Manchester. Remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required. \n

Hours:

40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. \n \nWhat will you be responsible for?\n As a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll be working within the Kier Places team, supporting them in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple office sites. \n Your day to day will include: \n \n \n Delivering PPM tasks such as water hygiene checks and emergency lighting across Kier-occupied offices \n \n \n Performing reactive maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical and general repairs \n \n \n Supervising contracted works and liaising with clients and subcontractors \n \n \n Using a tablet to manage PPM and reactive works \n \n \n Carrying out building inspections and updating site logbooks \n \n \n
