Known for delivering first-class service and retaining strong client relationships, they are now seeking a skilled Mobile Electrical Engineer to support a portfolio of high-end residential developments across Birmingham, specifically focused on landlord areas only.

Key Responsibilities: Perform PPM's and reactive maintenance on electrical and associated mechanical plant Carry out electrical fault finding, repairs, and installations in line with safety and compliance standards Conduct routine tasks including emergency lighting checks, distribution board maintenance, and general upkeep of landlord electrical systems Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, minimising downtime and ensuring systems remain operational Ensure full compliance with current electrical regulations and site-specific Health & Safety requirements Manage availability of spare parts, providing parts lists and timescales for remedial works when needed Accurately log all work vi...
