Overview

Working as a Mobile Electrical Engineer based within London postcodes SE or NW/W, carrying out reactive repairs and maintenance, and minor project works. You will work with professionalism and in a collaborative way with your key stakeholders, these being Lancer Scott Ltd employees, Health & Environmental, Quality Assurance, and various clients and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safe systems of work, risk assessments, method statements and all relevant documentation in accordance with company health and safety policy.
• Comply with specific client working processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of works performed and any further works or recommendations required.
• Carry out planned and reactive repairs as required to SLA attendance and completion deadlines.
• Utilise good building services knowledge and undertake additional multi-skilled tasks.
• Carry out minor new works and project installations.
• Be proactive and maintain clear, customer-focused communication.
• Adhere to Lancer Scott FM procedures and systems, maintaining clear and legible records.
• Undertake works on domestic, industrial, and commercial installations.
• Be able to work out of hours from time to time and participate in the callout rota.

Qualifications

• Approved City & Guilds Electrician or Building Services equivalent qualification.
• Qualified to 18th Edition IEE regulations.
• Good organisational skills and a positive outlook.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a flexible approach to work requirements.
• Capable of using a PDA to utilise the company CAFM system and emails.
