The ideal candidate would live in commuting distance to Central London and be happy to commute within the M25 corridor. The successful candidate will be carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks across the portfolio. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial maintenance. This position would be ideal for a Mechanical Engineer or AC/HVAC Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on training and a new opportunity. The successful candidate will have experience within Mechanical + HVAC + Air conditioning systems.
