Cumbria (Can be located: Carlisle, Penrith, Kendal, Ulverston, Alston, Lake District and all surrounding areas)

£35,000 - £40,000 + Training + Progression + Overtime + Van / Fuel Card + Door to Door pay



Do you have Heavy Mechanical experience looking to work for a highly-established company providing specialist manufacturer training and great overtime rates to maximise your earnings?

This is a great opportunity to work in a Monday - Friday secure permanent position covering a local patch offering a company van, fuel card, door to door pay and various other benefits.

This company operate across the country supplying a range of mobile plant, construction and recycling machinery to a variety of customers. Due to continual growth and investment they are looking for a Plant Fitter to join the engineering team.

In this role you travel to customer sites servicing, repairing and maintaining a range of heavy plant equipment. This equipment includes Excavators, Track loaders, Wheeled Loaders and Shredders.

This role would suit a Heavy Mechanical Engineer looking for a days-based role, continued manufacturer training and great earning potentials through well-paid overtime.

The Position:

  • Service, repair and maintain construction plant and recycling machinery.
  • Manufacturer training, overtime and career progression available.
  • Monday - Friday days-based role (40 hour week).



    • The Person:

  • Experience working on heavy plant machinery.
  • REME, Plant, Mechanic, Agricultural experience.
  • Commutable to Cumbria.
