This will include aircraft performance analyses, air vehicle design support through flight dynamics modelling, control algorithms design and model validation through analysis of experimental test data.The team is made up of bright engineers that are passionate about aerospace. We are looking for a simulation and modelling engineer to grow and develop our modelling capabilities. ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and interpret project requirements.Build model, simulate, and analyse aircraft performance and flight dynamics.Implement flight simulation and visualisation test environments.Present modelling analysis and simulation results, in meetings, conferences or through technical publications.Maintain models to high standardsGather modelling data through bench/flight testing activitiesWrite technical documentation (technical specifications, model descriptions, test plans and test reports).Support team effort to establish library of reusable models / tools.Interface with software developers, design and testing activities to understand modelling needs and fidelity required.Ensure on-time delivery of technical solutions that meet business needs and manage business partner satisfaction relative to deliverables.Demonstrate in daily activities a commitment to health and safety in the workplace by always ensuring tasks are performed in the safest possible mannerReport all hazards and incidents that the individual is party to, or observes, in the correct manner.When required or directed, participate in any health and safety training.Perform other related duties as required.
