We are looking to recruit experienced Mechanic or an Agricultural / Horticultural engineer or someone from land based engineering or from Plant machinery / Heavy Plant engineering background.

This is a permanent full-time position.

You would be maintaining our fleet of vehicles including 4x4, Cars, LGV & HGV and Tractors, but also repairing tools and generators, hydraulics or other similar tasks. Good diagnostic skills and be able to work on your own initiative

*But most importantly, we are looking for someone who can diagnose and repair not just simply replace.*

Being able to weld, bend metal, grinding, cutting would be an advantage.

You will need to be physically fit.

This is a varied job, and no 2 days are the same, there is always room to progress and learn more so even if you have skills in one of these areas you go on to learn others.

We are based just outside of Yeovil in a rural location, so your own transport is required as we are not close to public transport, we do offer ample parking.

We advise that you live within a 20 miles radius of Yeovil due to commuting to and from work.
