We are seeking a proactive and experiencedMulti-Skilled Engineerwith a strong bias towardsair conditioning and HVAC systemsto join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimising a wide range of building services and equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on air conditioning systems (split units, VRV/VRF, chillers, AHUs, etc.). Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and replacing filters, recordkeeping. Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and make necessary repairs. Monitor and maintain BMS systems and ensure optimal performance of HVAC controls. Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and maintain accurate service records. ...
