Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Location: South London (with travel across South-East and South-West London)

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our maintenance team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, working across different retail sites, and delivering high-quality repair and maintenance services.

Your base location will be the store closest to your home in South London, but you will regularly travel to other sites in the region to complete works.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks across retail sites
• Performing general building repairs such as carpentry, basic plumbing, painting, decorating, and tiling
• Responding to maintenance issues quickly and effectively to minimise downtime
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard
• Working closely with store teams and managers to ensure smooth operations
• Keeping accurate records and completing required paperwork

About You

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
• Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Retail maintenance experience desirable, but not essential
• Hands-on, flexible and a strong problem-solver
• A reliable team player with good communication skills
