? Water hygiene checks - L8 checks ? Emergency lighting checks ? Daily, weekly and monthly PPM checks ? Basic electrics depending upon qualifications (competency) ? Clearing and tidying up of common areas, plant rooms, store rooms etc ? Repairing safety hazards ? Installation of appliances and machines ? Liaison with contractors and suppliers (control of permits, escorting duties, managing safety) ? Managing deliveries of items ? Attend reactive breakdowns actively triaging intervention or sub contractor call outs ? Complete/ assist completion of PPM regimes ? Monitor stock and start ordering procedure ? Ensure all records are up-to-date ? Meter readings Skills
Mechanical/Plumbing NVQ 2&3 or equivalent. - Essential Experience of High Pressure systems - Desired Electrical Skills - Knowledge Advantageous - Experience in a similar role - Desired Knowledge of TFM Contracts Proficient in the use of I.T.
