OverviewAs part of our growing Engineering family, we are looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer to provide a building fabric maintenance and repairs service. The role sits within our facility support service and covers a diverse range of clients, industries and sectors.ResponsibilitiesDeliver a building fabric service including minor plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, and patch repairs.Carry out fabric repairs with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.Keep clients updated with developments, recording all activities, remedial works, inspection logs, etc., and ensure a high level of customer service.Provide clear verbal and written communication and be comfortable using IT to record tasks and updates.Qualifications / RequirementsIdeally have worked in the building services sector, or similar, with basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.Physically fit; the role involves manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces.Background in facilities management, a trade scheme, or relevant experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
