Employment Solutions are looking to recruit for a maintenance technician with elec bias

You will play a key role in delivering a safe, high-quality, and cost-effective maintenance service to site assets. For a large company based in the Leicester area LE4. You'll be responsible for all aspects of preventative, predictive, and breakdown maintenance across a range of electrical systems, ensuring operational efficiency.

In this hands-on role, you'll also support operational teams, technicians, and management by providing expert technical assistance and overseeing maintenance routines and contractor coordination.

Salary

Up to £40k per annumKey Responsibilities:

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to SFG20 standards on: HVAC systems UPS systems RCDs and PAT testing Lighting systems LEV and fume cupboards Boilers and air compressors Diagnose and repair faults efficiently to reduce downtime. Conduct regular inspections and proactive maintenance to ensure reliability and safety. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new systems and equipment. Keep detailed records of maintenance activities using a CMMS (tablet-based, training provided). Manage critical spare parts and ensure effective inventory control.
