Driving structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and enhance site efficiency. Utilising CMMS systems and reporting tools for effective maintenance management. Supporting site projects, including equipment modifications and improvement What you'll need Experience as a Multi-Skilled Engineer in a fast-paced production environment (Electrical Bias Preferred) Level 3 relevant qualification a must Ambition, drive, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
