We are a trusted property maintenance contractor serving prime central London, known for delivering top-quality service across a range of property needs. We’re seeking a skilled Multi-Trader with a focus on painting, plumbing, and tiling to join our team on a self-employed basis. This full-time role is ideal for a versatile professional excited to work in Notting Hill, Kensington and Chelsea as well as other areas close by.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll take on a variety of property maintenance and refurbishment tasks according to your expertise, including but not limited to:

* Painting and Decorating

* Bathroom & Kitchen Installations

* Sash Window Repairs and Balancing

* General Carpentry and Joinery

* Basic Plumbing & Electrical Repairs

* Flooring and Glazing

* Door & Fire Door Installations

* Fence & Gutter Repairs and Installations

While a broad skill set is valuable, we don’t expect you to cover everything—your core skills and specialties will be matched with assignments that suit you best.

What You’ll Bring:

* Core Skills: Proficiency in painting, tiling, carpentry, and plastering, with a foundational knowledge of plumbing (changing taps/toilets) and electrical work (changing sockets/switches).

* Professionalism: A neat, methodical approach and pride in your work.

* Problem-Solving Ability: Initiative to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues independently.

* Communication: Clear, respectful communication with both clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

* Self-Employed with own vehicle and tools.

* Reliability, punctuality, and high standards.
