Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) Cliffe, Kent Double Days, Fridays off on the late week £43,050 About the Role We are currently seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the Maintenance team at the Cliffe site. This is a key role responsible for maintaining and improving all fixed plant and facilities, supporting preventative maintenance to maximise equipment availability, performance and product quality.You will play an integral part in ensuring operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards, while working collaboratively across teams to deliver continuous improvement and operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesCarry out maintenance and improvement of all fixed plant and facilitiesSupport and implement preventative maintenance to ensure maximum availability, performance and qualityWork in a safe manner, ensuring all plant is kept in safe operating conditionContribute to SHE policy and procedures with the aim of achieving an accident-free workplaceOperate and maintain plant to deliver world class performance, quality and costBuild strong working relationships across manufacturing and non-manufacturing teams to support excellent customer serviceIdentify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across equipment and processesWhat We're Looking ForQualified engineer with electrical bias and mechanical skillsStrong manufacturing experience, ideally with lean knowledgeHigh level of SHE awareness and commitment to safe working practicesAbility to work to agreed quality standards with minimal supervisionA team player with strong communication and relationship-building skillsProactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements If this role is of interest please send your CV or give me a call on 01455 413 103.JBRP1_UKTJ
