The role will be carrying out reactive and routine PPMs across the contract. Looking after landlord services working with in a high end corporate setting the engineer will need to have a good level off communication skills. Engineering Requirements: Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance experience. Strong Fault-Finding skills Experience managing on site contractors and ensuring site safety.
