We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Biased) to join our team at our Dunstable-based manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for both reactive and proactive maintenance, supporting production and ensuring minimal downtime. Shift Pattern: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Hours: 06:0018:00 (Days) and 18:0006:00 (Nights), rotating every 2 weeks Key Responsibilities: Provide engineering support for all production, processing, and packaging machinery. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical breakdowns efficiently. Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across site machinery and equipment.
