Overview Job title: Multi-Skilled Engineer Salary: £53,500 per annum Shift pattern: Nights, 4 on 4 off, 6pm-6am Location: Glasgow Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer with a passion for working in fast-paced food manufacturing environments? We have a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production site in Glasgow, supporting a wide range of production equipment. Responsibilities

Perform maintenance and repairs on production machinery, following planned preventative maintenance schedules. Carry out fault finding and practical problem-solving to minimise downtime, targeting less than 2% production loss. Use the company's Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to log maintenance activity and materials. Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Health & Safety, and quality standards at all times. Support continuous improvement and productivity projects on site. Maintain high standards of housekeeping in the workshop and across work areas. Assist in training production operators in basic asset care practices.

What We're Looking For

Qualified Multi-Skilled Engineer, preferably apprentice trained. Previous experience working in FMCG or food manufacturing environments. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously. Computer literate and comfortable using CMMS systems. Experience with Lean or continuous improvement environments is a plus. Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality maintenance.
